The sky had darkened Then the loud thunder was hear This was followed by lightening with the pouring rain

Storms can be mild but then every once in a while we get a terrible one. Sometimes that thunder really rolls for a long time without a break. Nice one enjoyed the read. love phyl

Hello Phyllis, Thank you for such a lovely comment. It rained on Sunday evening. then it stopped, then the wind blew. A crack of thunder heard and as quickly it began it stopped. so strange. Love, Darlene

Watching the changes performed by a storm! I used to love the way the wind picked up, the change in temperature and the wild leaves blowing on the tree then the first droplets. I used to love and still do! <3

Hello Kim. the air was still last night, then slowly the wind began to blow. Then the rain began to pour, as quickly as it began , it sand the thunder roared. topped. Then the thunder and lightening started more rain. hugs.

Scary...and at the same time admired and loved for pure, awesome power. Here, in Arizona, during our brief monsoon season we can get some wicked thunderstorms and dust storms, sometimes the dust seeming to rise and blacken the sky clear to heaven. Events while fearful one must marvel at.... Stirring read. Thank you.

Yes, lightning, thunder and heavy down pour while driving to the airport in Missouri scared me years and years ago. Pulled over and prayed I could still catch my flight going home. Have a great day.
