Bobby, I like your poem a lot, my tongue and my lips only know serenity and tranquility and that comes from a spirit of strength and courage, I have learned this in yoga meditation, and in the teachings of my aboriginal ancestors, we must learn to let go of all negativity, it must never touch our tongue ~
