The Sound of Home
The rugged moor top
grew shapeless hiding
within the grey shroud,
invisible steps
to endure in lieu.
The dense stratus
manipulates
the morning sun
losing the day.
Distant call,
tower clock
chimes the way.
On track
soon home.
Safe.
