*Just a fiction write.

*Fiction* I sit on this strong, gray rock, on the edge of the cliff I ponder all life has brought me, as I view the distant hills Shapes are formed in my vision, moving across them I watch the clouds float away, like the memories of you --- My heart breaks in two --- Cracked like the rock where I sit on the edge of life You are gone like the sunset, fallen beneath the land With darkness creeping in, consuming me, while breathless Everything I thought was real, seems to mean nothing Now, the days are as bland as the dried, brown grass below Waiting for winter to freeze the ground, to freeze the pain As I get up to leave, saying goodbye to sights, I say goodbye to you As the last single leaf falls through the air, touching my shoulder I look up at a tree now standing bare, in the silence of my goodbye Heidi Sands 9/26/17

Wow, you have expressed what you wanted to within this write so eloquently perfect, a depressive poem, so sad at every angle! I really enjoyed reading your remarkable piece this morning! You have tickled my sad senses, and got me in the mood for a gloomy poem to write! They come to me at times whenever I read someone else's sad poetry, Great Work my friend!!

Thanks for your visit Silent One, yes, totally fictional, just something that came to me, when seeing other's pain.
