To the tender leaves and stems the sun would give its caressing touch so delicious The breeze and dew would fondle the boughs and feed them with grains nutritious Conversing with the sun and moonlight slowly the sapling came up quite ambitious There in front of my gate waits now in the shadow of cool peace the tall eucalyptus _________________________________________________________________ 13/04/2017
