The Magical Spell of Poetry
How nice it is to use words to entrance -
to spin a tale with them or make them dance
across a page in lines of poetry
by wielding them to capture imagery.
In these ways, we cast a magical spell,
and also if we use our words quite well,
we can bring cheer to others or inspire
our readers! To such magic let’s aspire!
