Land of law? I just googled your Defence budget and Canada only spends $22-billion on its military compared to the USA's $768-billion. No wonder you can afford health, education, housing, and traffic jams! Aloha!

It was actually a 21 year old lady who started the law suit about the incessant horns, it’s grown to include citizens and affected businesses of the entire affected area.
