the joy of distraction

to shift perspective is so interesting who was I a moment ago emotions stripped away/replaced sudden shifts cause movement ~ ripples I can feel them tingling with knowing more that I block ahh - that parked car has a number plate that looks like V3G K1LL5 - unfortunate at least I can forget about the revelation I nearly had plus I'm 10 days vegan & it's been easy unless I should think more the impact of the avocado & less about 'other stuff' I know what I know perhaps I don't maybe I'm a pain (with redeeming features)

Yes Vegans can be a pain! My granddaughter and her fiancé are vegans, and I got tired of reading labels only to see.. may contain milk. But I must admit non dairy ice cream is yummy. Jem has been strict vegan for 10 years and its done her no harm. Maybe you made a wise choice. OOPS sorry I got distracted. You certainly penned a great poem Well done my friend.

Thanks SV - I have to watch I don't get obsessed for feel the need to mention it in all conversations like I did the first time. I've been vegetarian over 20 years and had a vegan stint before. I indeed to just do 21 days but I'm fairly squeamish about animal stuff so we'll see. Thanks for your comment x

Excellent linguistic twist there Stan - nice spot :) thank you (I keep repeating it in my head now, I'm convinced I came up with it I just didn't realise haha)
