I have lost three loves and my life is grief,
denial fills my thoughts- shock overwhelms;
my life floats in meaningless dark, dark realms,
there is no grace in awful disbelief.
Anger has no limits to painful pain,
I feel so abandoned and deserted;
my anchor gone and fear is alerted,
I bargain with what if's 'till I feel strain.
Empty, empty and my grief is so deep,
I just want to withdraw in my sorrow;
will there ever be another 'morrow,
I must- all these bits and pieces just sweep.
Must accept what is for I cannot shift;
the three cancelled dance classes sent adrift.
