The First Time We Met

In nineteen seventy six on the sixth of December Was the first day we met one I’ll always remember I took her to the gaumont cinema to see Rollerball Afterwards I walked her home and I felt ten foot tall She asked me in to meet her mom and we had coffee I knew as the night went on she was the girl for me It’s now been over forty years and we are still happy. Written on June 22nd 2018. For seven lines of romantic heaven sponsored by Silent one.

We don’t forget when we fall in love. It is like a tale of sorts that bonds. My granddaughter was just in the play “Little Mermaid” It reminds me of how romance comes together. Aahhh... :)

I've notched up 31 years with my lovely husband. Our first date was also to the cinema aged 14 to see Grease! Great recollections Tom of romance beginning.
