~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Words spoken softly as leaves fall
Quiet prayers, restore the light
Reminiscing on dreams who call
Wishing the soul a gentle night
Autumn crunches beneath our feet
Blessed by the harvest, still and bright
Leaves dancing gently, so discreet
Wishing the soul a gentle night
Seasonal whispers, swaying psalms
Worship yearning as winds excite
Fragile memory always calms
Wishing the soul a gentle night
Autumn so brisk, glistening hues
Falling like leaves who’re so polite
Kissing the breathe without excuse
Wishing the soul a gentle night
