Thanksgiving

The year that’s coming to an end brought plethora of difficult time with the pandemic threatening the humanity life lost the rhythm in the chaos of uncertainty. Self-isolated from the outside world my stalled time sank in the sea of desolation the news of friends falling gravely sick or of neighbors dying frightened me. As I felt my fragile morale crumbling I prayed for the wellbeing of my family beseeching the Almighty for His blessings to save us from the deadly invisible menace. My subservient pleading I knew was heard for with God’s benevolence bestowed on us we’re safe up until now, spared by Covid I thank Him from the core of my humble heart. _____________________ November 24, 2021 Contest : Thanksgiving Blessings Sponsor : Regina McIntosh
