Excellent poem, I remember dragging that trampoline around the yard so I could mow under it and then watch the kids jump on it for hours.

What a lovely walk back into childhood joy with your sister Carol Louise. It's funny how such simple experiences as pine boughs brushing against the roof can bring back to life such joy filled summer moments! Really enjoyed your tanka. Blessings! Glad you are back on the soup.
