Sweet Sister, Once upon a time A crimson rose, a climbing hybrid, You bloomed in all glory into beauty And radiance is your soul expressed Innocence sweet, so everyone assumed An angel face, with big brown eyes And such a joyful smile A stunning flower How much we enjoyed together Remembering you my sister As the child I once knew The twinkle in your eye To grow up in such a hurry, This I keep inside It’s before you changed Then life took you away, To a journey, cataclysmic Tabula rasa, ill-natured unforeseen? Nature vs nurture, Which one should I believe Thorns grew on you and they are prickly Chilling vibes run down my spine I pray for us and I try, To forget you and your unholy ways Came the wind of change, An open path, we spoke Of a death in our family You made my life feel As if it were a mockery You're still the same, Transcending joy and pain, Time heals they say Once again I choose to stay away Time won’t let me rest My heart bellows with you in mind My strength for this bereavement has declined I pray for us and I try, To put my soul at ease Listening to cries for help Or is it Jesus who’s telling me, That you are one of a kind There is no real solution You must want Jesus too Until then, with open arms I will always be here for you May you be safe Free from harm Sweet soul sister

A plea to my younger sister, that she may find Jesus once again. Thank you, Harry.
