Sunshine
SUNSHINE
The joy of seeing a bright new sunshine
As rays of the sun brighten the skies
Sending to the earth its strong vibrant light
To dispel the darkness of the past night
It climbs quickly to its zenith and then
Begins its descent to set once again
But the beauty it brings still lingers on
'Til it rises on the following dawn
Yet while it is shining so bright each day
The gloom of darkness passes away
Behold before you the new day that reigns
Bringing a sweet warmth to all of our pains
Yes, what a wonderful peace we will find
As we bask in magnificent sunshine
