Sometimes when Cupid sails on feverish waves of crimson that break~ unraveling scarlet secrets of twilight temptations, I ponder, am I~ not the name you scribble within soft salmon pages, scented with pink roses and lunar-glazed honeysuckles, echoing melodies of the tulip moon, while swirling stars serenade, The enticing chorus of love, hidden within the soul of alluring sunsets …

A lovely idea for the contest, I know Joseph loves poems about nature... although this was a 3am write, you cannot tell.. you must be nocturnal... Great use of each letter and your poem flows so well.... as always metaphors and imagery give your poem a level of excellence ... I like the lines about how Cupid sails and alliteration like scarlet secrets.... and what is more beautiful than those alluring sunsets.. Best of luck in your contest..

A little light reading just now - went to you for it. I read Sunset Kisses, Sakura Raindrops and Minus Identity, Who am I. These, as with most of your work, have a dreamlike quality as if coming from that state of mind between awake and drifting to sleep - that best time of day. That time of day when the mind wonders playfully through fields of memories and streams of desires. That abandonment from the urgencies and routines of daily life to express uninhibitedly the spirit within you.

"chorus of love, hidden within the soul of alluring sunsets " …! What deep imagination and what an alluring metaphor. The very title is capturing and how you have expounded the secret inclinations of love. I am sure your name is scribbled within 'soft salmon pages' at least by a few. A great entry for the contest.
