Summer Bliss
Clouds dip low to touch the sea
In the breeze palms sway gently
The water clear in turquoise hue
The sky painted perfectly in blue
Sandcastles rising from the shore
People splashing in the waves
Boats speed by, their engines roar
Kids having ice cream craves
Looking up at the azure sky
As you float and waves sigh
A moment of serene bliss
On a summer day such as this
