Strength

Strength lies in your will to hope When times are at the darkest point Strength is to step forward Even when problems weigh heavy Strength is to live in truth When it goes against the tide of others judgement Strength is being all you can be In your weakest moments To be genuine, to follow authentic dreams Led by your soul’s desire To walk through pain and not deny To embrace love and happiness Knowing you are fine the way you are Strength is all this and much more Knowing you will find the shore To stand in a river of a thousand tears Knowing you will not drown Because with every tear shed Another smile will be found Heidi Sands 3/25/17
