Your poem reminds me of the especially beautiful stary nights in Vermont when I lived there. Moving to Ct. outside of New York City, they are now very hard to see. Occasionally I spy the big dipper or the North Star. Your first 4 lines are my favorite. A poem that twinkled as I read it. So pretty.

Hi Heidi I love watching stars - I am star gazer an I love our summer when the sky is dark and the stars come out, the ones of course that are not hidden by our planet's pollution ! Great write Heidi my friend, Jennifer.

True Tom. We are supposed to be able to see the Northern Lights tonight too. There is still gray in the sky, but some blue too. I also live in the country. Thank you for your visit and comment :)
