Spring Joy
What joy when there’s spring in the air
and green is the color trees wear -
though some burst with hues
pinks, yellows, and blues.
Such blossoms are fragrant and fair.
Birds too in the trees will appear
and babies those birds will soon rear.
Collecting small sticks,
their nests they will fix.
Their songs day and night we shall hear!
