SPEAK OUT No superlatives They have died gone forever Murdered with the mouth Great! Wonderful! Amazing! Yelled countless times in a game Beautiful! This from ignorant judges Who have never studied voice The words on grade school level The voice music quite mindless This will not set well Might make lots of enemies Just my opinion? No! I suspect many more Have been brain-washed are silent

Oh, I'd say the greater part of poets/poems are sudsy.:) Though I did just give comments to two slamming each other.:( I didn't mean for that poem to be critical nor obtrusive. Hey, are you putting down Ameican Idol here? hahaha. It sure sounds like it. Of course, you are right. Lots of mediocrity gets high praise in many forums. But truly, I want to know what inspired this. Glad you approved of BYU's actions. I do not follow what BYU does, but I did hear they suspended a very good player for going against his honor code (having sex outside marriage) BYU students have to sign a contract and honor that . (supposedly, but many really do! I know)
