Snakes and people need to look up a little more. I enjoyed reading this one. I have seen on TV an eagle fly down and get a poisonous snake in its talons. Great courage and strength the eagles have. You have designed a nice Haiku for the contest.Reads like a good contender to me. Thanks for the visit to my page.

Snakes are part of the food cycle alway the weaker snatched by the stronger. I have a fear of snakes but would never hurt one unless I find myself in danger . Wonderful Haiku Alexis - hope you are keeping well Hugs and blessings Jennifer

The weaker is captured by the stronger and the chain lengthens ! Here the stronger predator is venturing to catch another predator ! Great haiku- Alexis.

California is where they come in winter. I spot them when on hiking trails! I'm always looking up for an "air show" (birds). Good luck, Good Friday!

Red-tailed hawks love to dine on snake. When you see them fly through the air, it appears the snake gets airsick . . .Aloha!
