Those sins are being paid for as we speak. Yet those of today their time will come. Christ left a command not a request.

I’m agnostic myself, so not in a position to attribute sin around, you may have misinterpreted my Monoku, or perhaps brought another dimension to it, which is great, thanks so much for stopping by TS, cheers David

A magnificent Monoku, David. It possesses a remarkable quality, exquisite aesthetic appeal, and a profoundly poetic essence. Truly, redemption and forgiveness are distinct, the former merely marking the liberation of one captive from the clutches of the pawnshop.

Indeed Lasaad your comment is eloquently put, makes one wonder what true redemption actually is, does it always fall short of forgiveness, I can only go on what I see, and it certainly seems that way, cheers David

Dear David, once read, your deep, rich monoku continues to expand in one's heart and mind way beyond the confines of the poetic page. So elegant in its thought-provoking expression. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Thank you Susan, indeed that was always my intention here, I was unsure if enough information was provided, but judging by your and others feedback, I believe the right amount of balance was achieved, cheers David

You can compensate descendents, however true forgiveness won't be on the table. It's up you to redeem yourself, and up to others to find forgiveness. Great metaphor, David! :)

Each part of this Monoku is an expression that could stand alone, but together they blend your thoughts rather ingeniously, David. They're commodities to be bought and sold.

Thank you Lin, since the beginning of time people have been used as commodities, a practice still very much alive today, just like at the pawnbrokers you may redeem, but won’t get much forgiveness, cheers David
