A starry night with fireflies dancing in the air | Premium ...

As twilight seeps into darkening night, myriad beetles with tiny wings like those of fairies start to flit around as if they carry miniature lanterns on their small bodies. Their bright lights keep flickering on and off. Soon the stars appear and show their shimmer. Magic fills the night as the fairy insects mimic the sparkling stars with sprinkles of their small twinkling lights. On summer grass, I twirl in moon glow, dancing underneath a sky of fireflies.

Andrea, this is nice and reflects a connection to nature and the universe at large. It's a great comparison of what's different and the same depending on how it is perceived. Sweet! Smiles!!

they are so awesome, Anne-Lise. I really miss seeing them in summer. Utah is too dry and they don't have them out west.
