The people all gathered they had such hope, To see magic tricks, I’d shown to the pope. I jumped and flipped and spun around, They booed when I bounced up and down. I was using my invisible rope.

I liked the video...and was amused at the hose on the deck and seeing him jumping on and around that. Your limerick is hilarious and just goes to show what people do for fun these days. I suppose you get plenty of exercise even with no rope!

Yep, the video was fun. It is good exercise with or without a rope. I'm glad we met today. I'll be following your poetry. Bill

watching the video cracked me up...that man is amazing. Plus your Limerick brought a smile to my face. Wish I had your knack for creating Limericks, but I'm grateful you do....that's why opposites attract, right? hugs, Sara

That's a cute limerick. Jumping rope is as easy or hard as you want it to be.

Great to see you back, Michael, I've missed you, my friend. I hope you're feeling better. Thanks for reading and commenting on my poetry. I don't know if she was posting before you left last, but the #1 in Community is my wife, Sara Etgen-Baker. You should check out her poetry, it really good poetry. She's been a writer since childhood but has only been writing poetry for a year or so. Well, that's enough advertising from a month. See you around. Your poet friend in Texas, Bill

some incredible invisible rope jumping. Just hope there is never the emperor's invisible clothes involved.
