Signs of Autumn
Cool, crisp morning air.
Replacing summer's heat.
Signs of autumn everywhere.
Say goodbye to barefeet.
Long summer days, a thing of the past.
Darkness will chase away the light.
Evening comes with shadows to cast.
Days quickly turn to night.
Leaves will turn from green to gold.
Nature brings its autumn hue.
The ocean temperature is turning cold.
Beach days are almost through.
Stillness has touched this seaside town.
Bright summer days, now fall's soft light.
Scattered pine needles cover the ground.
Joys of summer, become autumn's delight.
