She gave them everything Irritated they took it Her anger grew She was enraged Started over the next day Doing the same things Ready to explode Wanting to hurt someone Because she gave too much

The only true reward is in the doing. Expecting anything in return is wasted energy. It all comes back to a giver for giving is a circular thing.:-) Thanks for sharing your poetry Caren. Hugs, Bill
