Shameless

there should be guilt but i have no guilt only the sorrow that i can't tell her i wish she was mine instead of his it's because of her beauty that i find her kindness overwhelming everything about her is overwhelming the way she looks me in the eye sacrifice for her is not really sacrifice but wages for services rendered in just her being hope is not only hope but also a dream for the right time for me to say i love her and her response, i love you also and love is only love where sacrifice means nothing and hope is something two people have in common your overwhelming kindness and beauty attracts me to you, to love to sacrifice i should feel guilty for who you are but all i have is sorrow because your not mine (to whom "Karen's Broken Vase" was writen. shhh, Don't tell. 12-07-91)

Very good work honoring Karen..Enjoyed..The memories of homemade icecream are wonderful..Those times with mother and father were memories stored for times when I would be without their presence until I meet them again..I am glad that you had good memories of homemade icecream also..Sara

Great write. And I try to forget but when I do he comes back and start the pain process all over again. Read my poem I'm Still Standing and tell me what you think. *Breana*
