Hear ye, fellow poets, fellow explorers...

Onward to the Moon, to Mercury, to Venus, to Mars Set sail for the Heavens, to near and far Stars What the mind of Man can conceive, he'll achieve If he wills it's no dream; he's just got to believe... History's littered with Empires stopped trying Instead of moving forward, they just sat around crying That exploration wastes time, all that kind of stuff Today they're long gone, thought they'd had enough... Of reaching and striving, of looking to do more Not to rest on their laurels, not to rot to their cores

This is the truth of it. "What the mind of Man can conceive, he'll achieve" Just because it has not been done does not mean you will not be the one to do it.

Yup. If you or your empire is not moving forward, then you or your empire is moving backwards. There is no stable middle in reality, much to our consternation when we realize it... ~ Up or down that slippery slope in Chicago

Its the title of the poem that drew me here. The poem is so inspiration and motivating for us all to look beyond ourselves and reach for astronomical heights. Thanks for sharing
