I feel the effervescent waterfall;
stinging droplets, draping me like a shawl.
The smooth-flowing water seems so serene,
as though an artist's brush painted the scene,
I hear the gurgling laugh of tickled rocks,
playing with time in a land without clocks.
The forest flaunts fantastic fronds of green,
lemon to jade and all shades in between.
Ferns and mosses subtly scent the damp air,
a combo of earthy smells, sweet and rare.
Captivated by Nature's masterpiece
I inhale deep breaths, then slowly release.
