Rocky Road
The rocky road is always a challenge
Full of bumps, the ups and downs
Balancing acts, twists and turns
Bracing oneself to travel such a road,
Means holding onto the wheel and faith every mile
Unexpected events can come at any time
All roads are not paved smoothly
As life takes adapting, working harder sometimes
Although scenery changes it doesn’t mean,
That beauty is missing alongside any road
Or through any event and hurdle
On this journey in life, I feel the pain of others
When I see them on rocky roads of this map,
I wish for all to find the light in any scenery passed
We cannot change the sudden turn of events
Or the rocky roads we find ourselves traveling
But, we can ride together with understanding
There is no single, smooth, road for one
So move with the changes of the road you are on
Move together with those traveling on it
Let events unfold like changes around each corner
The final destination will emerge like a wish come true
