Have you ever out run the wind propelled by the rays of the sun? And felt magic embrace your heart conjuring hope where there was none? Embellished by lost innocence fantasies overlook the truth. And sweep aside reality with the sheer impetus of youth. Smitten by unrequited love you can’t conceal rejection’s pain. For like smoke reaching for heaven all of your dreams were launched in vain. Your surroundings seem surreal at the moment of love’s demise. And pooling deep within your heart teardrops trickle from weeping eyes. You're emotionally empty acquiescing to love's defeat. And it is hard to imagine ever feeling so incomplete.

Oh Emile...unrequited love can sting as nothing else can. Tears pool within the depths of the heart as you so aptly have written. Your rhyming is always spot on.
