Ravens Hour
As Raven walked upon the dead ground her eyes wondered.
She saw the graves of many humans, which were plundered.
Names so hard to see within the mist blending with the sky,
Then she reached the third one the inscription caught her eye.
Her beloveds grave before her, she was bewildered of why?
He was not of the dead, she searched her memory dry.
Raven kept walking, thoughts into mind, and feelings of heart.
Knowing now they were both part of the dead, what a start.
Suddenly she saw a shadow, coming closer, nowhere to run.
She stood bravely, though terrified, time was standing done.
As the shadow got closer her soul knew had no anger.
As the shadow came into sight her spirit lifted all danger.
Her beloved Ryan came to collect her for the voyage beyond.
Their love, caressed each heart, bolted their souls in bond.
Upon the horizon beyond the mist, a brilliant light addressed.
Raven and Ryan began their travel, spirits of two blessed.
Together they entered Heavens abode, not looking back.
Time had stopped for them both, their paths did not lack.
Belief in the forever, escaping the hourglass attack,
Rising into the light of golden bliss, leaving behind the black
