Raindrops

"raindrops"

as raindrops fall
bouncing upon the pane
countless thoughts run
deep within my mind
escaping me from reality

blooming flowers droop
causing only stems
dark is the sky
enlisting quietness
forcing a state of mind

clouds finally roll by
dancing a pasodoble
engaged am I
facing new passion
great power wakes
