In an abandoned field white as white lace, or perhaps you have seen it at road sides; nature cannot fathom an empty space, so, into a sweet garden's this weed slides. Queen Anne's Lace- a wild flower invasive . . . A host to many butterflies and bees, and a nesting material for birds; lacy flowers swaying in the soft breeze, that inspire poets to poetic words. This is also an example of Rhyme Pattern for my contest, Writing Challenge 2, April 2019, Its All About 10. The rhyme pattern is ababcdedec, the 5th line is indented 10 spaces and each line is 10 syllables.
