Prelude

We met by chance, but our meeting was the prelude to something special. Moments later, as your eyes locked with mine, I knew I was in trouble. Next, your gaze lingered on my parted lips, It was the prelude to a passionate kiss. We have been going on strong ever since you are the melody of my heart. Our love notes have been the prelude to a lasting and beautiful love story. Congratulations Alexis, love your poem because ours was a chance meeting also. My Parents and I, were invited to a wedding so were Elias's parents, but could not make it asked Elias to go in their place and took a friend as his partner - sat at the same table, right next to each other, asked me for a dance, fell in love at first sight, we went out for a year, why, don't know, stopped going out, he phoned me 24 years later, both divorced, it was fate - we married 6 months later. hugs, Jenn.
