Poetry of Love

Poetry of Love When, youth becomes a distant memory, I sit and ponder how life passes by and pray to up above with daily pleas, to settle down with quiet loving sighs. Hoping the day will come with all my dreams happy in love, content, complete with joy wanting a fondness warm and so serene devotion that the ages can’t destroy. Yet when I tire of wishing on a star gladly I wander through the land of verse. Like opening to view a promise far and let my thoughts flow freely, unrehearsed.
