I spring out of bed in the morning
after breakfast we’ll walk to the park
My puppy darts off without warning
he thinks hiding’s a bit of a lark
I hope that we’ll get home before dark!
I spy him by the tall climbing frame
Benji’s crafty at this hiding game
he knows I carry his doggy treats
I call him, he responds to his name
with tail wagging, puppy treats he eats!
