Petals

I bend my head Into the flower Smelling the perfume that it brings Especially after a summer shower When the petals, shimmer and swing Oh! those petals have a meaning One for every kiss I yearn Let me count them , oh my goodness This will last a life times love. Cos I am looking at a large flower With petals of many score Shall I count them 1, 2, 3 ……………. Must be a million or more. So a little tiny petal Brings such joy to my poor heart Thinking of the kisses owing Hey lover shall we make a start.
