Emotions murmur within my spirit Echoing diamante poetry in whispers 42 reminders that I am turning 37 Tomorrow is the day that I change From gentle soul to passionate heart Coloring the world with my dreams Fleeing the grasp of the past, 11/12/14 When I really didn’t know about love Or the sweet feelings that humble me Creating soft trembles that heal hurts And free me from the heartaches which Once covered me in scars that were ugly In spite of my desire to hide them away Beneath reflections of hope and faith Love has pardoned me from ancient sins Views For Poems Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Funom Makama Written and Posted on June 17, 2020

Thank you so much for this wonderful entry. It is well deserving of its high placement. it would have been higher if not for missing some of the rules (no info about your most viewed poem). Nonetheless, thank you so much for participating.

I remember the time when Ford pardoned Nixon. Fortunately, your wonderful poem doesn't conceal the drama of that pardon but is filled with the exhilarating feeling of love, dearest Gina! xxx
