No more burgers and fries..
I will not waver.

No bread with gobs of butter..

Mashed potatoes and gravy..gone.

Make that a double vanilla on a sugar cone…sigh.

This is a struggle for me, too. I keep a photo of a woman in a bikini on my fridge for motivation. Thank you for the great laugh, Barbara!! By the way, V8 Juice jump starts metabolism better than anything. It's almost like consuming negative calories.
