On Fallen Rocks

The mountains are high On top are snow caps Looking from afar It looks like icing Below these mountains ArLay in their puddlese the fallen stones These rocks spread outward In between these rocks Are water puddles All these fallen stones Lay in their puddles When the setting sun Appears in the sky Then spread rocks light up Giving color spread Making all the rocks Show many colors Yellow, orange, red Shining brightly

Great poem Darlene - mountainous territory - we have the a huge range of beautiful, snow capped mountains in our winter, The Drakensberg - truly majestic. It ranges almost over three quarters of South Africa. Well done Darlene, Poetry hugs, Jennifer
