I have always been a quiet person ...
since a young child ... protected in a world of solitude
only allowed to play in the garden alone
never imagined this would be my strength and
my passion
and my life happiness
~ I used my imagination to create stories, poems and art
I loved mother's garden for inspiration
and could spend hours writing ~
so writing became my passion and lifetime need
and art was also my great joy
no matter what sadness invades my life, I write it, pour it out in words
oh, I am blessed with this God given gift
to share ...
~ I still seek out quiet as it is a deep need within me
just like my passion for writing where my thoughts and sadness bleed
for I must, must write, must ~
and when the day comes when I cannot hold a pen in my hand
I will write poems in my mind ... and will send them
... soaring on bird wings... for this is my passion
