you visit me again making your presence known, felt ensuring my undivided attention you romance me wooing with wonder words you take me places that shame reality's starkness you touch me in ways that sear passion's pride i move alive in your being you feed me deliriously delectable delights you sate my senses with a generosity that knows the gamut of my gluttony you gratify me your jealous obsession defies intrusion no one else here nothing else here but you and me with urgent desire you love your essence into me pleasure pulsates in prophecy of fertility's fruition time is disjointed, undone unbound and free you hold me as I experience the miracle of birth wonder overcomes the pain she is born my eyes are wet with tears I know you will soon leave I grieve wishing you'd stay till the celebrations fade away but, you kiss her tiny head and are gone leaving us blanketed in your smile I close my eyes as I feel her warmth at my breast serenity seduces me to slumber I'm about to succumb secure in the truth you will be back my muse my lover my life our love affair has no end I'm the vessel of your virility in the stillness of the night you will come you will come for me I will bear your children tiny testaments of your pleasing pulchritude my muse my true love Poetry Eileen Manassian
