My Morning Prayer
Dear Lord,
May my day be filled with adoration,
gratitude for my life's creation.
May my soul be filled with grace's notoriety,
moments of ease, free of anxiety.
I know You love me beyond comprehension,
save me from the stress of apprehension.
For You are my righteous salvation.
May my minutes turn into peaceful hours,
walk along the lawn picking medallion flowers.
When remorse fills my heart from sin,
may I feel Your atonement from within.
I need not worry, for You are my Light,
fill my day with hope until the twilit night.
I know that this day is just ours.
For Your Word is great,
my holy fate-
May I live in love,
whispering a prayer..
up above.
