My dear father tells big tall tales,
his creative words have great sails;
quite believable with details,
his delivery never fails.
I like his war story !
Holds the finger on his right hand,
crooked, but it gets very grand;
injured in war when in command,
Then it gets just gory !
Odd, 'cause he was not in the war,
but his words would expand and pour;
his tale long and had wings to soar,
my fathers tales I did adore.
They had lots of fury !
