My color for love is Warmth, ablaze in the heat of desire. My color for love is Kindness, that needs may often require. My color for love is Hope, vivid and bold in its brightness. My color for love is Peace, tenderly soft in its whiteness. My color for love is Forgiveness, not gray nor black or white. My color for love is Commitment, That reveals its hue with its light. Thank you Andrea. My expectations are never high in these things because my interpretation of the theme never seems to be mainstream or wordy enough to float any boats. Such is life, or maybe it's just my limited skills. At any rate, I'l just trudge ahead and do what I do...

Ok as a " colour of love" poem it rolls well, and makes good use of rhyme, however the "tell" has left me wanting the " show" I'm left with a bit of a list of colourful ideas yet I'm not feeling the true depth of the picture..perhaps say " my colour for love" , this will take it away from a statement and give you ownership of how these colours are YOU!! ....good luck Ian

Now that reads with heart, the personalising, gives much needed credibility, and allows the reader to share " your" colors, Thankyou for taking my advice, ...and now you are a contender, I'll say " good luck" and mean it...lol
