Mozart

I love the classical music of Mozart- it sweeps me up with it's energy, oh, those violins so delicate and powerful and emotional . . . closing my eyes I am transported and I am a ballerina in one of his opera's, the music comes in waves of sensuality, suffering, and beauty. Simple melodies of the piano, textured and deep with tears, so much pain in his heart is laid out in the notes that I want to weep . . . I feel your sorrow Wolfgang in each enduring serenade and cadence, oh, I could listen to his symphonies for all of eternity. _________________________ February 2, 2017 Submitted to the Poetry Anthology- Music Theme sponsor, Geraldine Taylor

I just love this one, Constance. You have absolutely nailed the emotions the attentive listener feels when lucky enough to be hearing Mozart. ~ Another BIG Mozart fan, gw

Dear Heart, You can't do much better than to sing the praises of Mozart and writing a poem is even better. I like Mozart's Requiem, left unfinished on December 5, 1791. Always leave them wanting more. -Richard
