Interesting! A Navajo would wear it believing it held all the power of the grandmother, but an Apache would never wear it because the spirit of the grandmother could return to reclaim it . . .I never thought of a gemstone as the "something blue" ...well done, Jan!

I love Ceylon sapphires - my engagement ring is a small diamond I was never much of a ring person, now I have a larger diamond i wear on the other hand:-) hugs Jan xx
