nap time music squ-ree-chee, squ-ree-chee springs are in rhythm but the glider's out of tune pat-tat-a tat, pat-tat-a-tat steady tempo grandma sets the cadence on a baby-bottom drum hypnotized sleepy ole MacNana sings A-E-I-O-U, A-E-I-O-U cows quack and ducks moo March 16, 2023 Constance La France Challenge Words Contest "L" Words This is a senryu poem with added lines of onomatopoeia so I call it free verse.

I thank you Eve, I loved the alliteration and rhyme in your entry on ladybugs. They are a very special insect quite different from the scary ones like spiders and the pesky ones like flies and ants.
